International shipping charges, available methods, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Duties and Taxes: Customer is required to pay all duties and Taxes required by Customs once a shipment reaches their destination country. NY Parts is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Same-Day Shipping: We offer same-day shipping on all orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), Monday–Friday.
Note: Priority shipping is available for all items except items that require Freight shipping
Estimated Delivery: Standard Ground Delivery typically takes 4-5 business days within the contiguous U.S.
Tracking: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.
30-Day Policy: You may return most eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a restocking fee for items showing signs of installation, wear, or damage.
Return Authorization (RMA): All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return and receive your RMA number before shipping any items back.
To protect the integrity of the parts for all customers, the following items are generally not eligible for return (unless defective or shipped in error by NY Parts):
Any part that has been plugged in, installed, or has a broken factory seal.
Special Order at the time of purchase.
Any item missing its original manufacturer's box, label, or components.
